This posture trainer pulls my shoulders out and back. It works great to prevent slouching. It fits comfortably and causes no pain whatsoever. I am 65 years old, and as I get older and start losing muscle mass, I need some light posture support to counteract the effects of gravity. Size L is perfect for me. I am 5'10 & weigh 200 lbs, and this posture belt/vest fits comfortably.

I've been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder problems for a few months. I was told by the chiropractor that it mostly was a result from having poor posture and he recommended this posture corrector. Once on, I noticed how good it made my back feel, very supported, straight and aligned.

I've been using this brace everyday to help with my slouching and other posture issues. I have forward head posture and I have been told that I walk with my head slightly angled and it causes mild back pain if I don't take frequent breaks to rest during the day. This brace forces my shoulders back and head up. It seems to help with my shoulder/back alignment and in turn helps relieve pain. I was skeptical about washing this but it held up well after several washes.

I recently got a remote job and found myself working half lying down and hunching over my laptop more than when I was working at an office. I started getting neck and upper back pain a year ago, and lately, the pain has become unbearable.

I bought this as a last resort not expecting it to do much. My upper back pain was relieved as soon as I put it on and I didn't want to take it off. This helps more than anything else I've tried. I wear it over a shirt and there is no noticeable discomfort. The Velcro is strong and won't slip. The elastic shoulder straps are comfortable and easy to adjust. If I want more support, all I need is to tighten the shoulder straps a bit more and my shoulders are perfectly aligned with my back.

I found myself standing and sitting up straighter even when I was not wearing the brace. So I think it really helped build my muscle memory.
