Is there any cost to our company? 

No. The default model is employee-paid. Employees purchase directly using their own HSA/FSA funds or personal payment methods. Your company doesn't pay anything, process any reimbursements, or manage any inventory.

How does HSA/FSA eligibility work? 

Employees can often pay with an HSA or FSA card at checkout. Some plans request substantiation later. Cayatch provides itemized order details for employee records.

How does HRA eligibility work? 

A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is an employer-funded, tax-advantaged plan that reimburses employees for qualified medical expenses (e.g., premiums, deductibles, prescriptions) up to a fixed dollar amount. The employer owns the funds, decides the allowance, and may allow unused amounts to roll over. Employees typically pay out-of-pocket, then submit documentation to be reimbursed tax-free.  HRA reimbursement depends on plan design. Employees should follow their plan's rules for eligible expenses and documentation.

Do we need to handle reimbursements? 

Not with the employee-paid model. Employees pay at checkout and receive their product. If your company chooses to offer reimbursement as a wellness benefit, that would be managed through your existing expense policies or benefits programs.

What employee data do you share with employers? 

None. Employers do not receive employee purchase data or personal details.

Are there contracts or minimum orders?
