Cayatch Posture Corrector Scholarship Program

Cayatch Posture Corrector Scholarship Program will annually award up to two scholarships to assist a candidate seeking their degree in Physical Therapy.

Each scholarship will be given in the amount of $1,000.00 in each calendar year. Candidates will be eligible for the award if they are in their final year of completing certification/endorsement requirements, including student teaching if applicable.

With the application, the following documentation must be submitted by October 11, 2024 to scholarship@cayatch.com

• Letter from the Dean of the College of Physical Therapy or a designated representative
• Letter from a character reference
• Copy of your resume
