Orders
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at hello@cayatch.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address for you.
If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!
If you haven't received an order confirmation email within an hour from placing the order, it is likely the result of one or two things:
• Your order was never actually placed and processed.
• You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please email our customer service department:

We try as hard as possible to ensure you won't receive an incorrect item, however very occasionally this may happen. Please contact our Customer Service team with images of the incorrect item, where a member of our customer service team will help you further.
Payment, Shipping, Returns, and Refund
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo, and ShopPay.
We accept HSA/FSA cards.
Installment options are available for orders above $35 with ShopPay.
We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please double check it to make sure your shipping address is correct.
We process your order as quickly as possible and cannot change your address after the carrier picks up your package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 90 days for a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
To start a return, log in to your account at cayatch.com and submit a return request.
Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we'll credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account. Please note that it typically takes 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center to be processed for a refund.
HSA/FSA Purchase & Reimbursement
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are tax-free accounts that can be used to pay for qualified health expenses. These accounts are usually set up and managed by an HSA or FSA administrator, and you should have access to said HSA/FSA administrator through your employer (ask your HR department!).
HSAs are typically associated with a high-deductible health plan, and funds do not expire. FSAs are independent of your health plan, and funds elections occur in October-November each year for the following calendar year.
FSA funds expire every calendar year. Unfortunately, HSAs and FSAs are not available outside of the US, and self-employed individuals (who do not have an HSA from a previous employment) do not qualify for HSAs or FSAs.

HSA/FSA accounts were created so individuals could use pre-tax money to pay for expenses used to treat, mitigate, or prevent a diagnosed medical condition. Because HSA/FSAs use pre-tax money, you’re getting more purchasing power for your dollars. Rather than pay taxes on income and then spend it on health items, qualified customers can use pre-tax funds to invest in their health.
No. Cayatch posture corrector is approved for HSA, FSA, and HRA. Therefore, no prescription is needed.
You can use your HSA/FSA dollars all year long.
However, FSA expirea at the end of the year and unused funds get forfeited. Make sure to spend the rest of your FSA funds before December 31st — use it, so you don’t lose it!
In order to determine whether certain products or services are legitimate expenses for treating, mitigating, or preventing a diagnosed medical condition, HSA/FSA plan administrators often require a letter from a licensed practitioner. This letter is called a “Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).”
You'll receive a LMN several days after payment. To ensure compliance, keep that LMN and your receipts for the next three years (both should be in your email).
Generally it takes 24-48 hours. If you aren't seeing your letter in your inbox, check spam, then reach out to our HSA/FSA partner at support@truemed.com for help!
If you pay with your personal credit card, we'll send the necessary documents for you to submit to your HSA/FSA plan administrator for reimbursement.
When you pay with your HSA/FSA card, there's no other work you need to do (we'll send paperwork to ensure compliance).
Please contact our HSA/FSA partner at team@truemed.com so we can help you troubleshoot the issue. HSA/FSA plan administrators often have detailed requirements, so it may be as simple as re-issuing your Letter of Medical Necessity using the administrator's form.
Lifetime Warranty
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, material flaws, or workmanship issues. If your posture corrector becomes defective under normal use, we’ll replace it—completely free.
To activate your Lifetime Warranty, you must register your purchase within 60 days of receiving your order.

Yes. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
The Lifetime Warranty applies to replacements only. If you’re within our 90-day return window, you can request a full refund instead.
No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and must be registered. If gifting, ensure the recipient registers their warranty to be covered.
